The General Electoral Commission has secured funding for the acquisition of metallic boxes to be used during the 2025/2026 general elections. The Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of these boxes. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures outlined in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all interested bidders. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain additional information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided below (8(a)) starting from Friday, February 28, 2025. Bidders can collect the bidding documents in English upon submitting a written request to the address below (8(b)). Bids must be submitted to the address below (8(c)) no later than Friday, February 28, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. The bid opening will take place on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the address provided below (8(d)), in the presence of representatives from bidders who choose to attend.
